What we deliberately avoid

These patterns exist because they scale. They're efficient for the provider, not the client. S11 is not built to scale. It's built to deliver.
Limited engagements by design
We take on fewer engagements than we could. This is intentional. The kind of work we do requires sustained attention, not divided focus. When S11 is engaged, that engagement has our full weight behind it.
This also means we're selective. Not every project is a fit. We're looking for work where our particular capabilities - senior judgement, architectural thinking, execution under pressure - are genuinely what's needed.
